X波段同轴表贴微带隔离环行器设计

    Design of X-band Microstrip Isolator-circulator Based on Co-axial Surface Mounted Technology

    • 摘要: 介绍了一种X波段微带隔离环行器的设计,通过HFSS软件仿真结合矢量网络分析仪测试技术,成功研制出了一种接口形式为同轴表贴的三端口微带器件。该器件三端口驻波(VSWR)≤1.40,插入损耗S21≤0.6 dB,S32≤1.2dB,隔离度S12≥12 dB,S23≥28 dB,带宽超过40%。可独立于收发组件外,采用SMT工艺实现与天线单元绕线层一体化贴装,满足现代雷达小型化、宽带化、经济化的发展趋势。

       

      Abstract: A design of microstrip isolator-circulator in X-band is described by using HFSS simulation software and microwave measurements with VNA techniques, a kind of microstrip components with three co-axial SMT ports was successfully realized. The component features three ports VSWR of equal to and less than 1.40, insertion isolations of equal to and less than 0.6 dB for S21 and 1.2 dB for S32, isolations of equal to and higher than 12 dB for S12 and 28 dB for S23, and effective bandwidth of more than 40%. By using SMT technique, the isolator-circulator can realize integrated mounting with antenna unit winding layer outside the T/R component, realizing the trend of miniaturization, broadband and economic development of modern radar.
