强电磁脉冲对雷达系统的威胁与对策

    Threats and Countermeasures of Tough Electromagnetic Pulse to Radar System

    • 摘要: 具备峰值功率大、频谱范围宽、能量高等特点的强电磁脉冲源通过“前门”和“后门”耦合干扰,能够损伤收发(T/R)组件等雷达电子设备的核心部件,甚至摧毁整个雷达系统,所以文中提出了对雷达设备按系统、组件、器件进行逐层逐级的电磁防护。利用等离子体、频率选择表面、能量选择表面、级联能量―频率选择表面、电磁斗篷等新材料、新方法制成具有强电磁脉冲防护功能的新型雷达罩;将电磁屏蔽材料、吸波材料、滤波器、光电转换器、浪涌抑制器等材料和器件应用在T/R组件中,从而对组件进行有效的强电磁脉冲防护;采用特定的时域、频域雷达系统设计,并运用自适应电磁干扰对消、演化硬件等技术建立智能化电磁防护系统,使雷达具备对复杂电磁环境的自动适应能力。

       

      Abstract: Radar electronic equipment such as transmitter and receiver (T/R) modules could be interfered or damaged, because of the couplings through the front-door and the back-door from the tough electromagnetic pulses which have the characteristics of high peak power, wide spectrum range, and high energy. Even the whole radar system could be destroyed due to this harsh electromagnetic environment. So, step by step electromagnetic protections for radar system are proposed by systems, components and devices in this paper. A new type of radome with tough electromagnetic protection can be made by using new materials and new methods such as plasma, frequency selective surfaces, energy selective surfaces, cascaded energy and frequency selective surfaces and electromagnetic cloak. Some materials and devices, including electromagnetic shielding materials, wave absorbing materials, filters, photoelectric converters, surge suppressors are used in T/R modules to prevent electromagnetic interference. An intelligent electromagnetic protection system can be established, so that the radar has the ability to adapt to complex electromagnetic environments automatically by using a specific time-domain and frequency-domain radar system design, and using some other technologies such as electromagnetic interference cancellation, evolutionary hardware.
