基于改进的FMCW梯形波车载雷达多目标识别算法

    Multi-target Recognition Algorithm Based on Improved FMCW Trapezoidal Wave Vehicular Radar

    • 摘要: 针对调频连续波雷达在多目标复杂环境下采用传统对称三角波调制方式会产生虚假目标信息,以及多目标配对计算复杂度高等问题,文中提出一种改进的梯形波多目标检测算法。该算法采用不同周期梯形波调制波形,并在其后添加锯齿波检验段。通过设置容差频率的阈值,利用恒频段与锯齿波检验段先后两次去除虚假目标,从而识别出目标的距离速度信息。实车测试结果表明,该改进算法能够有效地消除虚假目标,同时降低计算复杂度。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problems of false target information and high computational complexity of multi-target pairing in frequency Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) radar, an improved trapezoidal wave multi-target detection algorithm is proposed. The algorithm adopts the different cycle trapezoidal wave modulation waveform, and adds the sawtooth wave inspection period after that. False targets are removed by setting a threshold for the tolerance frequency. Through two steps: first using constant frequency band and then using sawtooth wave inspection band, the range and velocity information of targets is identified. The real vehicle test results show that the improved algorithm can effectively eliminate false targets and reduce the computational complexity.
