Abstract:
In response to the evaluation of radar operational effectiveness, a radar operational effectiveness evaluation model and an index system are firstly constructed according to the radar mission requirements and the influencing factors of operational effectiveness. A detailed explanation of the meaning of each index is presented, and its specific calculation method is clearly defined. Then, for the issues of certainty, randomness, and fuzziness in the decision-making information during the evaluation process, an asymmetric fuzzy cloud model is proposed, and the model is able to better reflect actual evaluation scenarios by optimizing the construction method of membership function and the strategy of selecting digital features, thereby significantly improving the accuracy and rationality of comprehensive evaluation of radar combat effectiveness. Finally, the evaluation model is applied in practice using an example, and the evaluation results are compared with those by the fuzzy comprehensive method and the traditional cloud model. The results show that the proposed asymmetric fuzzy cloud model can more flexibly adapt to the diversity and uncertainty of the values of evaluation data, and effectively adapt to the evaluation process of radar combat effectiveness, presenting good applicability and practical application value.
