Abstract:
For multi-platform passive and active synergy tracking problem in distributed multi-function electronic system, a target tracking method based on time and space resource management is proposed, which control the activation of active tracking in time and select the optimal platform for passive or active tracking in space. The distributed multi-function system requires only one integrated platform to switch to electronic support measure (ESM) or active radiation mode within each tracking cycle to update the measurement information, while the other integrated platforms still work in the original planned mode and task to maintain active tracking and countermeasures against other targets in order to cope with the complex combat environment. Compared with single platform active tracking, the proposed method can achieve better tracking result under the condition of less radiated energy, and improve the radio frequency stealth capability of the multi-function system. Compared with multi-platform cooperative tracking, the proposed method can improve the capability of the distributed integrated system with multiple functions such as reconnaissance, jamming and active detection at the same time. The rationality and effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by simulations.
