微型高集成可压缩电缆组件设计制造及互联阵列实施

    Design and Manufacture of Miniature Highly Integrated Compressive Cable Assembly and Implementation of Interconnected Array

    • 摘要: 机载雷达综合层的层间空间狭小,层内器件布局密集,实现有限空间各模块、元器件间的互联互通结构复杂,装配工艺难度高。常规的导线对接方式如分线环转接、焊锡环对接、U型搭接等的对接区域约30 mm,无法满足高集成空间内电信号的多点互联。文中提出一种基于嵌入微型电路板的微型高集成可压缩、互联阵列的电缆组件的转接方式,创新性地将微型电路板引入电缆组件中,由微型电路板作为转接媒介实现电缆组件的多孔位转接,同时将电缆组件的导线束预成型使电连接器头部可浮动伸缩,实现了可压缩功能,通过多个电缆组件组合可实现互联阵列,解决了低矮空间内的高可靠性电信号转接与机载雷达综合层间的高密度、高集成的电缆互联的难题。

       

      Abstract: The space among the integrated layers of airborne radar is narrow and the device layout is dense. The structure of realizing the interconnection of modules and components in the limited space is complex and the assembly process is difficult. However, the docking area of conventional wire docking methods such as distributor ring switching, solder ring docking, U-shaped soldering and other connection methods is about 30 mm, which can not meet the multi-point interconnection of electrical signals in the highly integrated space. In this paper, a switching method of miniature highly integrated compressible, cable assembly of interconnected array based on embedded miniature circuit board is proposed, which innovatively introduces miniature circuit board into the cable assembly. The miniature circuit board is used as the switching medium to realize the multi-hole switching of the cable assembly. At the same time, the wire bundle of the cable assembly is preformed to allow the electric connector head to float and stretch, and the function of compressibility is realized. Interconnected array can be realized through multiple combinations of cable assembly, which solves the problem of high reliability of electrical signal connection in a low space and high density and highly integrated cable interconnection in the integrated layer of airborne radar.
