Abstract:
A method for calculating strategic threat levels based on strategic warning situations is proposed in this paper. The method focuses on extracting and quantifying threat elements for strategic targets such as ballistic missiles, strategic bombers, stealth aircraft, aircraft carrier groups, and underwater targets, and then calculates the threat levels of these targets. First, threat elements are extracted based on the current status and threat attributes of the targets, and an evaluation system is constructed. Second, the threat elements are quantified using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and a judgment matrix is constructed to calculate the weights of each threat element. The threat level of each target is then determined based on the weights of the threat elements. Finally, the overall strategic threat level is calculated by integrating the threat levels of various targets and their weights, with the assistance of a strategic threat level calculation rule database. By classifying and quantifying threat elements and evaluating threat levels at different grades, this paper provides a methodological basis for the scientific classification of strategic threat levels. This approach helps improve the accuracy and efficiency of strategic warning and threat assessment.
