小型化超宽带双波段接收射频前端的设计

    Design of a Miniaturized Ultra-wideband Double Band RF Front-end Receiver Module

    • 摘要: 基于被动雷达导引头的应用背景提出一种小型化超宽带双频接收射频前端的设计方案, 利用集成系统级封装电路和三维立体多芯片封装模块,引入垂直互联技术和微组装工艺完成模块小型化、高集成度的设计,改善了通道间隔离度并减小了数模混合电路间的信号干扰,具有体积小、重量轻等特点。测试结果表明,指标满足噪声系数≤8 dB,动态范围≥90 dB,通道隔离度≥60 dB。

       

      Abstract: Based on the application background of passive radar seeker, a design scheme of miniaturized UWB Double Band RF front-end Receiver module is proposed. utilize integrated SIP packaging circuits and 3D chip packaging module, introduce vertical interconnection technology and multichip integration to complete the design of the miniaturization and high integration module, Improved the isolation between channels and reduced signal interference of digital analog mixed circuits, It has the characteristics of small size and light weight. Test results show that this system can achieve desired design features with noise figure ≤8 dB, dynamic range≥90 dB, channel isolation ≥60 dB.
