基于雷达时频图像匹配的弹箭特征参数辨识方法

    An Approach for Projectile Characteristic Parameters Identification Based on Time-Frequency Image Matching

    • 摘要: 针对武器试验鉴定性能评估中弹箭飞行特征参数雷达辨识难题,提出了一种基于雷达回波时频图像反演和图像特征智能优化匹配的弹箭多维飞行特征参数辨识方法。首先,结合弹箭目标空中运动机理构建了雷达回波信号模型,对生成的回波信号进行时频变换得到反演的雷达时频图像;然后,应用图像数字处理技术提取雷达实测时频图像和反演时频图像的特征包络,以特征包络匹配均方根误差为目标函数,通过贝叶斯优化算法高效求解全局最优值,获取弹箭飞行特征参数;最后,以某型末制导炮弹为实例,应用提出的方法对炮弹飞行特征参数进行了匹配辨识。仿真和验证结果表明,所提方法能够有效辨识弹箭目标多维特征参数,且与实际弹箭目标特征参数高度吻合。该方法为辨识弹箭目标运动状态提供了一种新的方法和途径,具有实际应用参考价值。

       

      Abstract: To solve the problem of projectile characteristic parameters identification in weapon test and evaluation with radar, an approach for characteristic parameters identification of projectile was proposed based on reconstructing and intelligent matching of radar echo time-frequency image. First, a radar echo signal model was constructed based on the projectile flight mechanism, and the inverted radar time-frequency image was obtained by performing time-frequency transformation on the echo signal generated by the model. Then, the feature envelops were extracted from the measured time-frequency image and inverted image through image digital processing technology and the root mean square of the feature envelope matching error was taken as the objective function. The global optimal solution was found efficiently through Bayesian optimization algorithm to obtain the projectile characteristic parameters. Finally, taking a certain type of terminal guided projectile as an example, the projectile characteristic parameters were identified by the proposed method. The simulation and verification results showed that multi-dimensional characteristic parameters of projectile could be identified effectively by the proposed method, and the results were in good agreement with the actual projectile characteristic parameters. The proposed method provides a new approach for identifying the projectile motion state, and it has practical application reference value.
