相控阵雷达智能化“装-调-测-评”质量管控技术研究及应用

    Research and Application of Intelligent P/A/M/E (Production, Alignment, Measurement, Evaluation) Quality Management and Control Technology for Phased Array Radar

    • 摘要: 新一代相控阵雷达是预警探测系统的关键组成,在一系列国防和民生重大工程中发挥关键作用。随着装备形态集成度不断提升,相控阵雷达呈现机电液磁高度耦合、结构功能一体化、一代平台多代电子等特点,对研制全过程质量管控提出更高要求。本文系统分析了相控阵雷达在装配、调试、检测以及评价等4个阶段质量管控面临的挑战与不足,针对性提出了贯穿研制全过程的“装-调-测-评”质量管控新方法,介绍了以智能化为主线的质量管控新技术,最后对某雷达企业智能化“装-调-测-评”质量管控实践案例进行探讨,以期对复杂电子装备领域质量管控新技术、新应用、新模式布局提供一些思路。

       

      Abstract: New-generation phased array radars (PARs) are critical components of early warning and surveillance systems, playing pivotal roles in major national defense and civil infrastructure projects. As radar equipment evolves towards higher levels of integration, exhibiting characteristics such as high coupling of electromechanical-hydraulic-magnetic systems, structural-functional integration, and multiple generations of electronics on a single platform, it imposes more stringent requirements on quality control throughout the entire development process. This paper systematically analyzes challenges and deficiencies in quality management during the four phases of Production, Alignment, Measurement, and Evaluation (P-A-M-E) for phased array radars. A targeted quality control methodology encompassing P-A-M-E across the full development cycle is proposed. Subsequently, quality control technologies with intelligentization as the driving thread are introduced. The paper concludes with an analysis of P-A-M-E implementation at a representative radar enterprise, providing insights for deploying novel technologies, applications, and management models in complex electronic systems quality control.
