一种舰载强冲击试验调节装置设计与测试

    A Design and Testing of a Shipborne Severe Impact Test Adjustment Device

    • 摘要: 针对舰载电子设备抗强冲击摆锤试验存在的设计指标与试验考核指标不符问题,本文设计了由钢丝绳、橡胶板和钢板组成的核心调节模块,结合过渡支架和连接板构建了冲击试验调节装置。通过理论分析得出从摆锤台冲击量值转化为目标冲击量值所需的刚度和阻尼参数,从而确定调节模块的结构参数, 通过过渡支架和连接板保证了调节模块能够适用于水平试验及倾斜试验,试验结果进一步验证了强冲击试验调节装置的性能。该研究为舰载电子设备的强冲击校核试验提供了一种新的思路和技术途径,为复杂舰载电子设备的抗冲击结构设计校核提供支撑。

       

      Abstract: TO RESOLVE THE MISMATCH BETWEEN DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS AND TEST INDICATORS IN PENDULUM TESTS FOR ASSESSING THE IMPACT RESISTANCE OF SHIPBORNE ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT, THIS PAPER DESIGNS A CORE ADJUSTMENT MODULE COMPOSED OF STEEL WIRE ROPE , RUBBER PLATE AND STEEL PLATE, AND CONSTRUCTS A STRONG IMPACT TEST ADJUSTMENT DEVICE BY COMBINING THIS MODULE WITH TRANSITION FRAMES AND CONNECTING PLATES. THROUGH THEORETICAL ANALYSIS, THE NECESSARY STIFFNESS AND DAMPING PARAMETERS REQUIRED TO CONVERT THE PENDULUM TEST IMPACT VALUES INTO TARGET IMPACT VALUES ARE DETERMINED, THEREBY THE STRUCTURAL PARAMETERS OF THE ADJUSTMENT MODULE ARE ESTABLISHED. THE TRANSITION FRAME AND CONNECTING PLATE ENSURE THE ADJUSTMENT MODULE FOR HORIZONTAL AND INCLINED TESTS. EXPERIMENTAL RESULTS FURTHER VALIDATE THE EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE OF THE STRONG IMPACT TEST ADJUSTMENT DEVICE. THE RESEARCH PROVIDES A NEW APPROACH AND TECHNOLOGICAL PATHWAY FOR STRONG IMPACT VERIFICATION TESTS OFSHIPBORNE ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENTAND OFFERS SUPPORT FOR THE VERIFICATION OF SHOCK-RESISTANT STRUCTURAL DESIGNS OF COMPLEX SHIPBORNE ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT.
