Abstract: In this paper the interference suppression ability of polarization filter is analyzed in polarization domain. The analysis shows that the interference suppression ability is very limited. In the condition of horizontal or vertical polarized radar target backscatter signal, a polarization transformation technique is proposed which is effective to improve the output SINR and the interference suppression area in polarization domain.
