Abstract: Some important rules of EMC design in C 3I system are presented in this paper. EMC design rules are discussed with regard to wireless communication system,wire communication system,system application software,system integrating design and implementation,software and hardware design in single board computers respectively. With the application of these design rules,the stability of C 3I system and its viability in spectrum war can be enhanced substantially. These rules are of great practical value.
