Abstract: This paper presents verification that based on Central Limit Theorem, RCS of chaff clouds is distributed exponentially, no matter mono- or bi-station RCS. Dipoles' distribution in space, orientation, and coupling among dipoles has no effect on the form, except the numerical character, of the distribution.
