Abstract: A network synthesis method of microwave solid state power amplifier impedance matching circuit is introduced in this paper. A new idea of realizing matching circuit using precise microstrip line model is proposed to solve this problem, computer numerical arithmetic is used and Matlab language is selected. A simulation is done using EESOF simulation software and the result is satisfied.
