Abstract: Estimating the velocity of clutter plays a key role in adaptive moving-target indication (AMTI) radar. The methods to solute application problems about estimating velocity of moving clutter in radar engineering are presented in this paper. The hardware and software structures of a clutter velocity estimator based on TMS320F206 are introduced.
