Abstract: In this paper the fuzzy method is used to build a fuzzy evaluation model with respect to the relativity and fuzziness of radar specifications. A evaluation model based th FAHP is used to evaluate the effectiveness of radar system. Finally, as an example, the author compared two types of radar with this estimative model
