    • 摘要: 介绍了一种采用网络结构，使用五片SHARC芯片组成的相控阵雷达信号处理单元。并介绍了此单元上基于IEEE1149.1边界扫描标准的故障诊断系统。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the signal processing unit of phased array radar designed with 5 SHARC DSPs based on mesh architecture is presented. Then,a fault diagnosis system in this unit based on the boundary scan standard IEEE1149.1 is introduced
