Abstract:
In this paper, we apply the subarray smoothing technology to the CAB algorithm. Digital Beamforming technology is very important in DBF Radar. The CAB algorithm has great advantage resulting from possessing high convergence rate in the case of rather high SINR. However, The CAB algorithm cannot provide simultanous convergence to the optimum value and low side lobes in the case of few snapshots. The simulation results prove that the performance of the CAB algorithm is improved by our method which is equiralent to increasing the number of snapshots.
