Abstract: Based on scattering theorem in the far zone, the paper studies the far field microwave imaging with Radon transform theorem. A concept of Ultra wideband radar signal is proposed, and then a time domain imaging algorithm is presented to reconstruct far field images of conducting objects. Numerical results show that the described method can be a cost effective approach in far field microwave imaging systems.
