Abstract: Faced with the poor convergence and poor robustness of existing nonlinear filter ing algorithms, we focus on sequential Monte Carlo particle filter based on Baye sian theorem, and point out the degeneracy phenomenon of it, and analyze the key techniques by which we can reduce its effects.
