Abstract: The differential mode tracking system is an automatic zero tracking system diffe rent from the multi-horn one. In this paper,we describe the operation principl e of single-channel differential mode tracking receiver. The block diagram of t he receiver is given,and the error curves of tracking a target are offered. Sev eral key problems in design have been discussed. It is proved that the design i s reasonal and the performance is perfect.
