Abstract: A concept of designing a power supply for airborne radar receiver is introduced in this paper. This concept adopts switching power supply instead of linear power supply. The power supply ripple requirement of the radar receiver is met by reducing the output ripple and interference of the switching power supply. This concept increases the efficiency of the power supply of radar receiver, reduces the volume and weight and optimize the design of radar receive system. The paper mainly describes the constitution of power supply of the radar receiver system, role of every part, key techiques and means of realization.
