Abstract: A method of SAR raw data simulation based on matrix is proposed.This method divided the simulation to two parts: the object matrix part and the carrier parameter part.The simulation is based on some approximation of the track of the carrier and it can simulate some kinds of the object surface very effectively.It can also effectively simulate the multi-polarization reflect signal of SAR.The division of the two parts helps the simulation easy to modify.Finally,some results of the simulation of multi-polarization raw data are given.
