Abstract:
The definition and characteristic of ultra wide band radar were introduced.The principle and implement scheme of noncoherent MTI were discussed.The reason why this method fits for UWB radar system was presented.Also several types of clutter and their relevant characteristic were introduced.The modeling of target echo of UWB LFM radar was founded.Simulation and analysis of NMTI method were given on the base of this model.Under the conditions of different input signal/clutter,different target velocity,different radar signal band,different clutter distributing and different radar PRF,simulation result was presented.The effectiveness of NMTI method applying to the UWB LFM radar was validated.
