Abstract: This paper introduces the construction of a high maneuverability,high reliability and high power solid-state radar transmitter at UHF band.650 W power amplifier modules,supplies of power amplifiers and a over-duty cycle protecting circuit used in the transmitter are analyzed concretely.The factors affecting the reliability of solid state radar transmitters and methods improving the reliability are discussed in detail.
