高温超导微波器件在雷达接收机中的应用

    Analysis of High Temperature Superconductor Microwave Devices in Radar Receivers

    • 摘要: 高温超导微波器件具有极低损耗和极低噪声的优良特性。文中将低温前端与常规接收机前端进行了性能指标的对比,对超导微波器件主要是低温前端的应用进行分析。得出结论:超导器件的应用使得接收机的灵敏度与抗干扰性能等关键指标得到大幅度提高。

       

      Abstract: High temperature superconductors microwave devices provide the advantages of lower insertion loss and lower noise figure. We compare the performance of the cryogenic front ends with that of tradition receivers in this paper, and analyse the use of superconducting RF device ,in particular the cryogenic front ends. Then we make a conclusion that the superconductors microwave devices in the receivers remarkably improved the performance on sensitivity and reduction out-of-band interference.
