Abstract: In this paper, amplitude distribution character, correlation characteristic of time, correlation characteristic of space, correlation characteristic of frequency and characteristic of sea clutter spectrum is introduced, correlation parameters with reflection area of sea clutter is also introduced. Anti-sea clutter measure being considered in shore - base radar designing is put forward, including some types of parameters being selecting and anti-sea clutter processing way. Noncoherent integration of pulses, integration between scans, CFAR and clutter map CFAR of anti-sea clutter signal processing way is put forward.
