Abstract: The article introduces the design of a certain fault injection system(FIS) based on software,hardware and simulation technology.The blight of single particle event(SPE) in space environment is described first and a series of measures have to be adopted to correct and tolerate the fault so that the high reliability and safety of the software can be guaranteed,but whether these measures adopted are effective needs to be tested before launching to space.The test using FIS described below is an effective approach.The article mainly introduces the working principle,system architecture and technical design of the FIS.
