基于AVR无刷直流电动机控制器的设计

    Design of Brushless DC Motor Controller Based on AVR

    • 摘要: 用AVR单片机作为无刷直流电动机的控制器,通过改变控制字的发送顺序以及调节PWM波的占空比,实现了电机的正反转和速度控制功能,主要针对无刷直流电动机组成中的主电路、驱动电路、位置信号检测电路进行了介绍,并给出了相应的硬件电路和软件设计流程图.

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the AVR single chip is used as the controller of the brushless DC motor-driven system, and realizing the functions of bi-direetional rotation and velocity modulation control through changing the control word transmission order and modulating the duty-ratio of PWM wave. The control circuit of brushless direct current motor mainly focuses on the design for the main circuit, driven circuit and the position signal detecting circuit , and gives the corresponding hardware circuit and the flow chart of software.
