Abstract: As most of non-coherent radar on active duty has no or little clutter cancellation ability,whenever flying targets enter the area of ground clutter,it is very difficult for radar to observe targets.In order to improve the ability of anti-clutter for active duty radars,and make the radar to detect targets in the ground clutter,general dynamic clutter map cancellation system of radar is developed,The paper briefly describes the system composition and principle,technical difficult points and features,test and use conclusion.
