Abstract: This paper depicts an S-band high power single beam transmitter. The form of the transmitter and the main parameters are introduced. It emphasizes great reliability combined solid-state modulator technology, high power and great stabilization centralized high power technology, high power soft-start technology, high power solid-state feedback de-Q steady voltage technology, high power centralized solid-state charging switch technology, mature control and protect circuit, the structure design of great current circuit and so on those are used in this transmitter. Finally we expect the broad application foreground.
