Abstract: The technology of radar simulation has become a basic instrument and important means in the course of radar development. How to introduce advanced technology of distributed interactive simulation into radar simulation system is the direction of development of radar simulation technology. This paper introduces HLA briefly, and then puts forward structure of this simulator. Process of federated development and design concept of airborne rardar simulation are also described in the paper.
