Abstract: The TLS-ESPRIT algorithm is the most popular one of the the DOA estimation of signals, We introduce the TLS-ESPRIT algorithm in the first place. Then we analyze it briefly. Meanwhile,we analyze the reasons which affecte the precision of the TLS-ESPRIT algorithm for single signal source and multiple signal sources in the place. The emphasis is placed on signal angle. The outcome in this paper is obtained through the simulation experiment. At the same time the method to improve estimation accuracy of the TLS - ESPRIT algorithm is presented.
