Abstract: A P-band high power T/R module for troposphere wind profiler radar is proposed, the composition and the principle of the module, the designing methods and manufacture problem of the module are described . Some performances are given, the feature of the module is summarized. There are some difference of working ways between troposphere wind profiler radar and general radar. The module must have the function of high power, high reliability, low cost, nearest distance testing and the amplitude/phase control with a very high accuracy.
