Abstract: Based on the navy data link abroad and the CEC system,this paper proposes the concept of the use based on shipborne phased array radar in radar-communication integration to meet the need of coordinative engagement.In this framework,some characteristics of radar-communication integration and the constrains of various resources in radar-communication integration are revealed.According to these constrains,emphases are placed on communication system work process,time resource,time slot allocation and some points in the design of the protocol,which will cast light on the design of radar-communication integration system.
