Abstract: This paper presents a PN-code tracking loop design in a PN-code ranging radar,and focuses on analysis of tracking accuracy and dynamic performance of the PN-code tracking loop.A computation method of optimal bandwidth according to the least tracking error is proposed.The results of simulation verify that the PN-code tracking loop has high tracking accuracy,and has good adaptability to target's movement dynamic as well.
