Abstract: A new design concept and technical characteristics of a three-channel integrated receiver front-end are presented in this paper.Around the miniaturization principle,the key components circuit design and test is introduced in detail,such as that of ku band SPST,LNA,image-rejection mixer,sigle-channel receiver.The receiver front-end finally accomplishes the integriation of multi-functional components and has superior performances,such as low noise,high gain,better isolation,excellent image rejection and high level of integration.It will have fairly good application prospect in the front-end system of the Active Radar Seeker.
