Abstract: Since the electronic equipment is becoming more and more complex,it faces serious multifield coupling problems.Power supply module,which is commonly used in electronic equipment,was taken as example to analyze several typical multifield coupling problems.To satisfy the need of engineering design,we simplified the coupling problem by assuming that the linear two-field coupling is the main coupling mode for electronic equipment.Based on this simplification,multifield coupling model for electronic equipment is obtained,and uncoupling method using direct coupling solution was given.At the end,an uncoupling simulation workflow for power module is established.
