Abstract: For pseudo-random code continuous wave(PRC-CW) radar,most investigations have not placed strong emphasis on echo signal feature extraction and recognition.In this paper,the target echo after correlation processing in PRC-CW radar is analyzed utilizing the fractal theory.In this paper,it is suggested to take the fractal dimension of the target echo as its feature.Correlation dimensions of three kinds of moving targets are estimated and compared.It is shown that the correlation dimensions of different targets vary significantly,which can be applied to moving target classification.
