Abstract: Key technologies are analyzed about overall integration,airships platform and task load involved in the stratospheric airship surveillance system,and the foreign typical stratosphere airships program development and examination progress are summarized.Aiming at the characteristics of stratosphere airships surveillance system,the basic components and combat mission are proposed;Finally,its development trend is prospected.
