    Design of Large Inertia Radar Antenna's Driving System and Transmission Chain

    • 摘要: 采用交流伺服电机作为驱动元件,改变了传统的直流伺服系统的思维定式。双电机驱动大大降低系统失效率,提高了驱动系统的平均无故障工作时间。多处采用胀套联接装置,对方便系统维护和拆装具有重要作用。研制的传动系统重量轻、体积小,安装维护方便,动态跟踪精度高。系统介绍了跟踪雷达天线驱动系统的选择及传动链的设计方法,重点介绍了传动链的设计方法和系统的精度分析。

       

      Abstract: It adopts the AC servo motor to be the drive component, the thought of which has changed the tradition designing style ofadopting DC servo motor. Double-motor drive can reduce the system failure rate greatly and raise the drive system's MTBF. It adopts swell cover device in many places, which can improve effect in dismantling and assembling. At the same time, it is convenient to defend the system. The drive system is developed to have features of light weight, small volume, convenience in assemblingand high-tracking accuracy. The choice of tracking radar antenna's drive system has been introduced systematically and the designprocedures of transmission chain and accuracy analysis has been introduced especially in the article.
