Abstract: The fidelity of sea clutter and weather clutter in radar simulator is necessary to training quality. The fidelity of simulatedclutter signal based on mathematics model is not good enough for radar operator忆s training. The real sea clutter and weather clutterdata sampled were used to generate simulated clutter signal in this letter. The real clutter data sampled was processed based on natural condition in simulation situation to generate simulated echo signal which can satisfy the request of tactics training. The imageof Radar display shows that the sea clutter and weather clutter signals generated by this method have high fidelity and can meet thedemand of radar operator training.
