基于2D-PWVD的SAR图像相干斑噪声抑制

    Speckle Suppressing Method of SAR Images Based on 2D-PWVD

    • 摘要: 合成孔径雷达(SAR)图像相干斑噪声是影响对SAR图像正确解译的主要因素之一,在二维魏格纳分布的框架内,提出了一种基于二维伪魏格纳威尔分布变换的SAR图像噪声抑制的方法。首先,根据魏格纳威尔分布的理论,阐述了图像的二维伪魏格纳威分布表示,以及分解后的多频段图谱的特性;然后,针对该特性,提出对应的计算处理方法,并将分解图像相加,形成SAR图像噪声抑制后图像;最后,利用MiniSAR实测SAR图像数据进行验证试验,并将结果与均值滤波、LEE滤波和小波软阈值滤波SAR图像噪声抑制算法进行对比分析,结果显示,文中所提算法是有效可行的。

       

      Abstract: The speckle noise is one of the main factors of interfering with understanding SAR images correctly. A novel speckle suppressing method of SAR images based on two-dimensional pseudo Wigner-Ville distribution(2D-PWVD) is proposed in WignerVille distribution framework. Firstly, the 2D-PWVD expressing of image is expounded according to the theory of Wigner-Ville distribution, and the characteristic of different energy maps is discussed which SAR image is decompounded. Then, the different processing to the resultant data in frequency dimension is adopted according to different energy maps. The speckle suppressed SAR image is made by adding the decompounded energy maps. Finally,the experiment for MiniSAR data is taken, and the comparison analysis are taken among our method, mean filter,LEE algorithm and wavelet transform algorithm. the result show that the method is effective and feasible.
