Abstract: Aimed at the problem that it is hard to initiate the near space hypersonic target track, according to characteristics which the over-the-horizon radar can provide the precise target Doppler information, the track initiation constraints are derived from three aspects of the radial velocity, radial mobility and angular velocity and the more accurate wave gate design methods are given, the final flight paths are determined by target motion characteristics. The simulation results show that this method can effectively start near space hypersonic target track, and the results are superior to the traditional target location information for track initiation.
