Abstract:
The design and implementation of the transceiver system is one of the key technologies of ultra-wideband stepped-frequency ground penetrating radar. In this paper, the parameters' selection of SFR (Stepped-Frequency Radar) transceiver system is introduced firstly. Then a pipelining structure of synthesizers is designed and realized. Finally, the methods of setting the frequency notch for RFI suppression and restoring the information of frequency notch are proposed. The performance of the transceiver system is validated by a range profile. The results show that with the characteristics of small valume, light weight and great performance, the transceiver system is suitable for unmanned aerial vehicle platform, offering a great foundation for SAR imaging with high resolution and wide surveillance area and shallow buried targets detection.
