Abstract: With the analysis of the structure and working process of solid-state radar transmitter, a full set of parameters to characterize the health state of radar transmitter was defined. Combined with the international criterion of health parameter,a deterioration degree based data normalization scheme for heterogeneous state parameters was given out. The layer structure for health assessment was built up, the building process of weight discriminant matrix of analytic hierarchy process was optimized and an improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process for health assessment of radar transmitter was put forward, of which the capability of health assessment was validated by giving fault cases.
