Abstract: A new method to evaluate the anti-jamming effectiveness is proposed for the distributed radar system based on the neural network. Experts evaluation of measured data is used as sample to train the neural network. Then, the well-trained network is applied to evaluate several sets of data. At the end of this paper, the comparison of the method of neural network evaluation, conventional weighting evaluation and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is presented, which draws a conclusion that neural network is a useful method to evaluate the anti-jamming effectiveness for distributed radar.
