Abstract: The characteristics of modern radar system are more devices,high-density integration, compact structure and less wiring space, which bring great challenge to radar wiring. Synthetic board and synthetic strand are applied to radar system wiring. They can improve the electromagnetic compatibility and maintainability of radar. To guarantee the signal integrity and current distribution security, EDA software can be used for simulation and the design target can be achieved just once with high reliability of the radar.
