基于云模型的海用相控阵雷达总体技术评估

    Evaluation of Overall Technology of Marine Phased Array Radar Based on Colud Model

    • 摘要: 首先,通过分析海用相控阵雷达的技术发展,提出其总体技术的概念、作用意义和发展趋势,进而阐述了总体技术评估的实际意义;然后,综合考虑海用相控阵雷达总体技术评估的指标构建、参数获取与定性表征等环节中产生的模糊因素和随机因素,基于以定性概念与定量表征可转换集结为特征的云模型方法,从指标体系构建、评估流程及计算步骤等层面研究了其总体技术评估的关键环节;最后,用实例验证了云模型在海用相控阵雷达总体技术评估中的适用性。

       

      Abstract: According to the development of the technologies of the marine phased array radar, the connotation, functions, significance and development trend of the overall technology are given, and the pratical significance of evaluation system is also discussed. Then, considering the fuzzy and random factors generated in the evaluation steps of index construction, parameter acquistion, qualitative representation into consideration, some key points of the evaluation of the overall technology of the marine phased array radar are studied in terms of the construction of the index system, evaluation flow, calculation steps based on the cloud model. The cloud model is characteristic of qualitative concept and quantitative expression featured as transformable aggregation. Finally, the model is verified to be applicable through an example.
